Book Review: I heart felt + Giveaway!

I recently had the opportunity to review a new book, I [Heart] Felt: 33 Eye-Popping Projects for the Inspired Knitter, by Kathleen Taylor a wonderful and talented writer of Knit One, Felt Too, fame and published by Taunton Press.

The book itself is beautifully designed and as the title alludes, eye-catching.  All the project are fun and beautiful.  She starts off by explaining the basics of felt (great for beginners and advanced felters alike) and then moves into some new tricks and tips I had never heard of.  The one thing I really liked about the book is she used easily accessible, reasonably priced yarns.  Most everything was from knitpicks or cascade 220 which is a great thing.  Who doesn't have knitpicks or 220 sitting around your stash somewhere??
