It was knit on US3/5 16" Addi's with a provisional cast-on so I could knit the lining up with the body of the hat. This was knit in falk (#004/#007)

Knit time: 2 weeks
Needles: US 3 & 5 16" circular Addis
Yarn: Kit from Bea Ellis, Dark Grey MC, Black CC with Black Lining
Final Notes: Taking the time to do a provisional cast-on, (I chose crochet) changes the finish of this hat. It looks great, and much more professional than the traditional I finished a few weeks ago.
Print o' the Wave Stole by Eunny Jang
Knit time: 5 weeks
Final Size: 27"wide x 74" long (19 x 51 unblocked)
Needles: US 6, Knit Picks Option circulars and Brittany DPN
Yarn: Custom Hand-Dyed Spritely Goods yarn by Stephanie, in colorway "Virga," made just for me, 1 mega skein. The yarn was just gorgeous to work with, and the variegation so subtle it gives the waves movement. You'll have to peek closely at the photos to see it.

Bea Ellis' hat in Traditional Style that I was knitting along with Cath and Jenn. It was knit on size US3/5 needles. The only change I would make to the instructions is making sure you do a provisional cast-on for the liner to knit up later, sewing it on afterwards was just wonky and that is exactly what I did for my next one.

Ginger - Knit in Rowan Summer Tweed in Grass (suprise suprise!) now sadly discontinued and the pattern is from the Rowan Summer Tweed Book. It used just under 4 skeins for the 36 size.

Silk Linen Shoulder Bag from Habu Textiles knit in Shosenshi Paper and Tsugumi Silk, purhchased from KPIXIE. I ended up getting gauge on US 5 needles. I started off with Addi's, thinking the metal would make it slippery and easy to knit. It drove me nuts! I finally switched to bamboo, *aaahhh* my hands just about cried with relief. I knit it on Clover straights and the second half went much faster.

Yarn: Berrocco Foliage which is akin to Noro in terms of colors, but a little cheaper. I enjoyed working with the yarn, it was very soft.
Pattern: The core of the pattern was danica from knitty but did the math and ended up doubling the width and CO 40 stitches.
Needles: It was knit on US 11 needles, a relatively quick knit.
Size: It blocked out to a little over 6 feet long and two feet wide using 7 balls of yarn, including fringe.
Notes: If I had to do it all over again, I would do the entrelac squares over 8 stitches instead of 10, I think it would have broken up the colors a little more
I ended up stash diving and found two skeins of knit picks dye your own. I used every ounce of 2 skeins to make the shawl and ended up with only 2 inches to spare! It was knit on US5 Inox's, 24" long, but later switched to a 29".

Knit with 1 skein of Celestial Merino. Great knit but turned out a little too tiny. Next time I'll do more repeats.
